Once an appointment is offered to you it is yours for as long as you need it.
We simply charge £10 per session because we truly believe in making counselling accessible to all, to continue providing low cost counselling there is an emphasis on clients to utilise and make the most of the service so that we can support and empower them to reach their goals.
Your first session will cost £20, we ask for one weeks payment in advance, meaning that your last session is already paid for. In the instance that you need to cancel your session without prior notice we kindly ask that you pay for £10 for the missed session.
We are a non funded and non NHS organisation.
Our service is run by professional, experienced and qualified counsellors who all abide by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy as set out by the BACP.
We also have a number of counselling students who have undergone a thorough selection process.
