Life coaching addresses specific personal or professional goals that you may have in a much more directive, logical and informative process than therapy.
A coach helps you grow by analysing your current situation, identifying limiting beliefs and other potential challenges and obstacles you face and devising a custom plan of action designed to help you achieve specific outcomes in your life.
Booking a block of therapy sessions not only helps to focus the mind, but it also helps to manage the finances too.
You will be booked in with one of our qualified, experienced life coaches who will support you on defining and achieving your personal or professional goals. We recommend life coaching sessions are every 2-3 weeks to ensure you have the time and space to complete coaching tasks between sessions.
Sessions are available Mon- Fri. If you would like Saturday appointments, get in touch and we will see what we can do. Coaching sessions can also take place over the telephone.
On completion of your order, give us a ring to get booked in.
We will endeavour to book your first appointment within 1-2 weeks of you making contact, sooner if you choose telephone sessions.
Less than 24 hours cancellation notice will incur the full cost of the session. Monday appts need to be cancelled on Friday, the week before, before 5pm, or the full fee will still apply.
No refunds available, but you may rebook your appointment, at no extra cost, to a more suitable time, as long as it doesn’t fall within the 24 hour cancellation period.
